The project entails the upgrading of a parking area and sidewalk to a formal paved surfaced parking area and sidewalk. Only Contractors with relevant experience in construction of paved surfaces will qualify for this tender. Contractor to use local labourers according to the EPWP method and regulations. This is a multi-year project.
