The kykNET Buite Ekspo South Cape will be hosted at ATKV Hartenbos for the 1st time from 29 September to 1 October. This is also the 1ste school holiday week end and what better place to be than at the no 1 coastal resort in SA attending the no 1 outdoor event!
The kykNET Buite Ekspo has been hosted successfully in SA since 2011 – one in Limpopo at Sondela Nature Reserve & Spa near Bela Bela and the other in the Western Cape at Moreson Farm near Malmesbury, where we achieved a record attendance of more than 22 000 day visitors, making it one of the best attended outdoor shows in SA.
Our event is mainly focused on the outdoor-, camping- and 4x4 market, showcasing the latest gear available, and families are more than welcome to attend. We see ourselves as a 360 outdoor lifestyle expo and the event does not consist of our exhibitors only, showcasing their products in a real time environment as the visitors would use it when they purchase it, but we also have more to offer in terms of activities to entertain the family for the day – as an example Andre de Villiers from Andre 4x4 taking the public on a custom built 4x4 obstacle track.
Although the event is NOT a music festival, we do offer some great SA performing artists during the weekend sponsored by Hankook Tyres, such as Neels Moir, Landman, Sone Joubert, Rooies, Blackie Swart, Desmond Wells, Johan Liebenberg, David Fourie, Rooiwyn Profeet, Dewald Dippenaar and our MC for the week end, Riaan Grobler.
Jimmy’s Steak House Sauces will be hosting a braai- potjie competition and the public will be able to take part with some of our performing artists to see who are the best ‘braaiers’!
Kids will be entertained with many items available in our play park and there will be various selected food vendors and bars available as well as a wine garden. You will also be able to visit an arts- and craft market where only pre-approved vendors are allowed.
Mosselbay Helicopters will be offering helicopter rides so come see this amazing coastline from the skies, something not to be missed!
For the 2nd time GT Camper in association with Trio Events will be hosting a kykNET Buite Ekspo GT Camper Golf day at the well known and fantastic facility of Pinnacle Point Gholf Estate in Mossel Bay on Wednesday 27 September 2023.
