Milliways is a fresh new Restaurant that looks at how to prepare everyday restaurant food in a way that it is served in the freshest way possible without taking the norm of industry shortcuts.  We have a full and dynamic menu that is 100 % prepared in house. Our pizzas are made with fresh dough we make every day. We stretch our bases per order. This means that not only is nothing pre-baked, we can also achieve a greater level of quality.  We specialize in our 45cm XL pizza. Which as far as we know is the biggest in the garden root.  We also make brioche burger with a wide variety of toppings to choose from.  And all of this is achieved in our wood-fired ovens.  Our drinks’ menu is also nothing short of fantastic. With a full operating cocktail bar and coffee barista there is surely something for the whole family.

Milliways has a great story of how it started.  The owner Heinrich bought himself an oven and a really cheap delivery bike and opened a black kitchen within the heart of Mossel bay during Covid-19. They soon started only with deliveries and after a year of growth, grew into an entire restaurant. From only the owner and a chef to mutable chefs, bartenders and cleaning staff.  Growing his business with 216%. From 2020 Milliways is now running strong for 3 years.

Looking into the future, we are surely going to franchise into a bigger and more dynamic restaurant all over S.A and who know, maybe the world. So watch this space and grow with us.
