In 2017, Medterra was born out of my own living room with nothing more than a belief that we could disrupt the CBD industry. Three years and nearly 100 employees later, I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve accomplished, or excited to see what lies ahead.
While we have had an incredible amount of success, it has not come without missteps and hard days (and maybe even a few tears). So, here are my five lessons that all founders should know, especially as we face the current uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak.
